NIOS has officially declared the Senior Secondary (Class 12) results 2026

The National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS) has officially declared the Senior Secondary (Class 12) results for the April-May 2026 public examinations.

How to Access Your Result

You can view and download your scorecard through the following official channels:

 Official Website: Visit results.nios.ac.in. Click on the "Public Examination Result" or "Senior Secondary Result 2026" link, enter your 12-digit enrollment number and the captcha code, then click "Submit."

 DigiLocker: You can also access your marksheet securely by logging into your account at digilocker.gov.in and searching for "NIOS" under the education section.

 SMS Service: You can receive your result via SMS by typing NIOS12 <your_enrollment_number> and sending it to 5676750.

Important Deadlines & Procedures

 Verification: Once you have your provisional marksheet, carefully verify all personal details (name, subject codes, and marks). If you find any discrepancies, contact your regional center or the official support channels immediately.

 Rechecking/Re-evaluation: If you are dissatisfied with your marks, you can apply for rechecking or re-evaluation. The process typically requires a fee of ₹300 per subject.

Applications for rechecking must be submitted within 15 days of the result declaration (by June 25, 2026).

 Future Exams: If you did not pass one or more subjects, you are eligible to appear for the next examination session (October-November 2026).

Note: The results for Class 10 (Secondary) for the April 2026 session are also expected in June 2026. Keep an eye on the official website for the latest updates.
