Senior Secondary (10+2) with at least 50% marks + 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed), OR Graduation with a B.Ed degree.

  • Mandatory Exam: CTET Paper 1 or Bihar TET Paper 1.

Middle School Teacher (Classes 6–8):

Graduation or Post-Graduation with minimum 50% marks + B.Ed / 4-year integrated B.A.B.Ed or B.Sc.Ed.

  • Mandatory Exam: CTET Paper 2 or Bihar TET Paper 2.

Secondary Teacher / TGT (Classes 9–10):

Graduation/Post-Graduation in the relevant subject with at least 50% marks + B.Ed.
