Fixed Calendar: To streamline the process and provide certainty to aspirants, the government announced that recruitment notifications/advertisements will be issued every year in July.
Transfer Policy: A new policy is being drafted to simplify and make teacher transfers more transparent:
Female Teachers: Will ideally be transferred to a panchayat adjacent to the one where their home block is located.
Male Teachers: Will be eligible for transfers to the block adjacent to their home block.
