Step-by-Step Download Process

 1. Go to the official Bundelkhand University website or click directly on the Existing User Login Link.

 2. Enter your User ID / Registration Number and Password(the credentials generated during application form submission).

 3. Complete any required security Captcha.

 4. An OTP might be sent to your registered mobile number for verification; enter it if prompted.

 5. Once logged into the candidate dashboard, click on the "Admit Card" tab or "View/Download Admission Card" button.

 6. Your PDF hall ticket will open on the screen. Download and save it safely.

 Exam Date: May 31, 2026 (Sunday)

 Exam Format: Conducted in two mandatory sessions (Paper 1 and Paper 2), each lasting 3 hours.

Important Instructions for Exam Day

Two Printouts Mandatory: You must print out two separate physical copies of your admit card. One copy will be collected by the invigilator in the exam hall.

Photograph & Signature: Paste an identical passport-sized photograph (matching the one you uploaded during registration) in the designated space on both copies and complete the signature and guardian name spaces.

Biometric Formalities: You will need to leave impressions of both index fingers in the allocated section on the printouts.

Valid Photo ID: Bring a valid original government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Voter ID, Passport, or Driving License) along with your printed admit cards to secure entry.

Make sure to log in early to avoid heavy server traffic as the exam date approaches!
