NEET (UG) 2026 — New Examination Date Announced

The National Testing Agency, with the approval of the Government of India, has scheduled the re-examination of NEET (UG) 2026 on Sunday, 21 June 2026.

Announced by the NTA, this decision affects over 22 lakh candidates after paper leak allegations. The exam is for undergraduate medical admission across India.

Key NEET 2026 Details (Updated):

Exam Date: Sunday, 21 June 2026.

Time: 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM (IST).

Status: Re-exam for all previously registered candidates due to cancellation of the 3 May 2026, exam.

Official Website: neet.nta.nic.in and nta.ac.in.

Investigation: A CBI investigation into the paper leak was initiated, leading to the cancellation of the original exam.

Key Information to Note:

No Fresh Registration: The re-exam is for candidates who were registered for the original May 3 exam.

Admit Cards: New or revised admit cards for the 21 June exam will be issued by the NTA.Exam 

Pattern: The exam consists of 200 multiple-choice questions (180 to be attempted) from Physics, Chemistry, and Biology (Botany & Zoology).

Candidates and parents are requested to rely only on the official channels of NTA.
