Eligibility:
Indian Administrative Service IAS (Civil Services):
- Candidates who have Bachelor Degree in Any Stream in Any Recognized University in India will be eligible for this Examination.
Indian Forest Service (IFS):
- Candidates who have Bachelor Degree as one of Subject Animal Husbandry & Veterinary Science, Botany, Chemistry, Geology, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics and Zoology, Agriculture or Equivalent will be eligible for this Examination.

Candidates are required to apply online by using the website https://upsconline.nic.in.
Candidates are advised to go through the General instructions, Profile/Module wise instructions and
instructions for uploading of documents before proceeding to fill up the form.
The Commission provides a one-time facility for candidates to update or modify their Universal
Registration Number (URN) profile.

Candidate should have details of one Photo ID Card viz. Aadhaar Card/Voter Card (EPIC)/PAN
Card/Passport/Driving Licence/Any other Photo ID Card issued by the State/Central Government.
ISSUANCE OF E-ADMIT CARD:
The eligible candidates will be issued an e-Admit Card on the last working day of the preceding week
of the date of examination.
PENALTY FOR WRONG ANSWERS:
Candidates should note that there will be penalty (negative marking) for wrong answers marked by a
candidate in the Objective Type Question Papers.
