 BPSC TRE 4.0 OTR Registration 2026 : All Steps

Bihar School Teacher TRE 4.0 Recruitment 2026: Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) will be started very soon to apply online application form School Teacher Primary, Middle, Secondary, TGT, PGT ( for Class 1 to 5, Class 6 to 8, Class 9 to 10, Class 11 to 12 and Special School Teacher for Class 9 to 10 under Education Department and (II) for Class 1 to 5, Class 6 to 10 and Class 11 to 12 under SC & ST Welfare Dept., Govt of Bihar. 

OTR (One Time Registration), is a mandatory step introduced by the Bihar Public Service Commission to streamline the application process for BPSC TRE 4.0 Recruitment.

How to do OTR

Steps 1. Visit Official Portal

• Go to: https://bpsc.bihar.gov.in
• Click on One Time Registration (OTR) or go directly to: https://onlinebpsc.bihar.gov.in/main/OnlineRegistration

Steps 2. Fill OTR Form

• Enter your Name, Father’s Name, Mother’s Name, Gender, Mobile Number, and Email Address.
• Create a secure password (minimum 8 characters with alphanumeric format).
• All details should be as per your 10th Marksheet

Steps 3. OTP Verification

• Enter OTPs received on your registered mobile and email to verify your identity.
• After verification, your OTR ID and credentials will be generated.

Activate the BPSC OTR Profile?

• Log in using your credentials at https://onlinebpsc.bihar.gov.in
• Complete the profile under “My Profile” by filling in:
  • Personal Details
  • Educational Qualifications
  • Address
  • Identification details
  • Upload photograph and signature

Note: Profile must be verified and locked to apply for exams.

BPSC OTR and Digilocker Integration

As per the notification, BPSC now allows document verification via Digilocker :

• Go to digilocker.gov.in and link Aadhaar
• Upload and fetch:
  • Matriculation Certificate
  • Graduation Certificate
  • Caste Certificate (if applicable)
  • Domicile or Residence Proof
• The documents will be auto-fetched into your BPSC profile

Locking Profile

• Once details are filled, lock your profile before applying for exams
• If profile is not locked, you will be unable to proceed with the application

Editing Profile

• If incorrect details were entered, unlock the profile from My Account Tab
• Make necessary edits and lock the profile again

How to Apply for BPSC Exams after OTR?

1. Login to the portal: https://onlinebpsc.bihar.gov.in
2. Go to “New Application” Tab
3. Select the ongoing advertisement
4. Check eligibility and click Apply Now
5. Confirm your details and submit the application form
6. Pay the examination fee online via net banking or debit/credit card
7. Save/print the acknowledgment for future reference

 

Important Points:

• OTR is open year-round, but you must complete it before applying for any exam of BPSC.

• once registered, your OTR ID is valid for all upcoming BPSC recruitments.
